Staying active can help seniors to reduce falls and injuries, stay independent longer, and can help prevent osteoporosis, heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and some cancers.
Seniority Services helps older adults incorporate physical activity into their daily routine through recreation and exercise. Our team members are passionate about exercise and love to get active with clients. Whether digging in the garden, hitting a swim class, cycling or walking, we encourage and help seniors to stay active and do the things they love to do.
